Studies & Sermons
At West Broad, we believe the Bible to be the sole, true, and holy word of God. As such, understanding what the Bible tells us about ourselves, God, and his plan and purpose for our lives is paramount. We invite you to join us as we seek that understanding, and we extend this invitation for two reasons.
First, our Bible studies are challenging, invigorating, and informative. In order to give topics extended attention and more detailed exploration, we often study in blocks; that is, we have several lessons in a given series. We also enjoy our “Open Podium” sessions on the first and last Wednesday evenings of each month. During “Open Podium,” we open the floor for impromptu discussion and pursue topics members want to investigate in a biblical light.
Secondly, sermons are designed to provide members and guests with divine information and encouragement so that they will be able to successfully negotiate the journey called life (Psa. 119:144). Our minister endeavors each week to connect the ancient text with modern times. Come out this Sunday, and see for yourself!
