Non-partisan political effort

This year’s presidential race is one of the most exciting in recent history. People’s voices need to be heard during this important election. As such, members of the West Broad Church of Christ engaged in a two-pronged initiative. First, we canvassed more than 400 homes in Richmond’s East End on October 11 and shared information relative to the voting process. Secondly, we sponsored a special, non-partisan “Election Sunday” on October 12. Representatives from the city’s election board were present to provide information voters needed as they went to the polls on November 4th. We hoped that the effort would be exciting and informative, and our hopes were abundantly realized!
