Ladies’ Day 2009 a Wonderful Success

The Lord truly blessed our efforts on April 4 when we conducted our 3rd Annual Ladies’ Day. This year’s theme was ”The Christian Woman: Moving From Good to Godly.” 121 women were present for the event, and they traveled to 813 West Broad Street from throughout the Richmond area. Attendees also hailed from Maryland, Georgia, Delaware, North Carolina, and New York.
The morning was filled with excitement, anticipation, and sisterly love. Presenters encouraged the audience toward productive, holy living, and Sister Blackman was especially poignant as she provided the ladies with effective strategies for surviving the “desert” times of life.
