Celebrating a Powerful Day for Ladies!

The West Broad Church of Christ conducted its Fourth Annual Ladies’ Day on April 10, and only one phrase adequately communicates our feelings regarding the event: Thank you, Jesus!
122 women from five states were present for this glorious morning of sisterly love, divine edification, and warm connection. The theme was “The Christian Woman: Signed Up for Life.” We often find ourselves facing challenges for which we did not “sign up” (illness, financial woes, relationship problems, etc.). How do we deal effectively with these situations and go forward to live a triumphant life in Jesus? Participants enjoyed answers to this question through thought-provoking presentations, riveting dramatic skits, and soul-stirring music.
