“Blessed to Bless” Outreach at West Broad

Jesus Christ once told his disciples to give generously as they went out to help persons meet their physical needs (Matt. 10:8). At the West Broad Church of Christ, we want to honor our Lord’s message and bless others as we have been blessed. In this regard, we will conduct a Back-to-School Outreach for students and parents of Maymont Elementary School on August 8. We will provide school supplies and gently worn shoes and clothing on a first-come, first-served basis. The Lord blessed us to minister to more than fifty families last year, and we hope to do even more this year! How can you help? First, pray for God’s blessing and direction upon this effort. Secondly, feel free to contact us at 804.342.8021 to donate supplies and/or clothing. Third, join us on August 8 as we provide assistance to parents and encouragement to children as they prepare for another academic year.
